It's quite simple to grasp and adopt, In a nutshell: If you DO exactly what I say you WILL get results measured weekly!
However; If you also UNDERSTAND what I teach; You will be able to do it all by yourself without the need of further personal training..That's the idea!
FFLS has two modes:
[A] Private Personal Training (one on one) .
[B] 1 day Seminar held every few months at a fitness venue.
